These terms and conditions apply to all products supplied by Clovelly Cloth Ltd.

 

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

 

Orders

The minimum order quantity for our fabrics is 1m and for our wallpapers is 10m.

Please make sure the product is suitable for your intended use prior to placing an order.  Clovelly Cloth will not be liable should it turn out to be unsuitable after ordering.

Clovelly Cloth reserves the right to alter or discontinue our products at any time without advanced notice.

Prices are correct at the time of quote.  Quotes are valid for 60 days.

 

Prices can change at any time.

Prices will be quoted in GBP and are quoted exclusive of VAT.

You will receive a proforma via email acknowledging your order – please check this carefully before making payment.

 

We consider payment as confirmation you are happy with the information provided on the proforma.

Payments

Payments are required at the point of order.  Orders will not be processed until payment is received.  After receipt of the proforma, fabric will be reserved for two weeks; after which time it will become available for others to purchase. 

 

Should the fabric be out of stock, new stock will not be ordered until payment is received.

Lead Times and Stock

 

Lead times for our products may vary.  We hold a small amount of stock and so if the item ordered is available, we will aim to deliver within 5 working days.  If the items is not in stock this, will be placed on back order.  The lead time for production of new stock is 4-6 weeks from receipt of payment.

 

These lead times are an estimate.  We will keep you appraised of any delays should they occur but Clovelly Cloth is not liable for the consequence of any delays.  A reasonable delay is not cause for cancellation and will not be considered as so.

 

Cancellation

 

Changes to orders cannot be made after the production process has started.  Should you wish to cancel your order we must receive this request in writing.  Only if an order is from stock and has yet to be shipped may amendments or cancellation be possible.

 

Product

 

Our products are handmade.  This can lead to variations in colour form batch to batch.  We endeavour to get these as consistent as possible.  Small imperfections may occur as a result of the handmade process, but we consider these as part of the character of product and not as a fault.

 

We aim to make the images on our website as accurate as possible however, we cannot guarantee how they will look when displayed on your device.

 

All fabrics are dry clean only.

All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights in reference to our designs and products are and will remain after sale the property of Clovelly Cloth.
