Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Delivery for UK orders will be charged at a flat rate of £18.50 ex VAT for all orders under 50m.

Delivery on orders in excess of 50m will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery on international orders will also be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

All duty and customs charges over and above standard delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns
We will accept a return if the goods are damaged, faulty or not as ordered.
Please be aware that we cannot accept the return of any goods once they have been cut. It is the client’s responsibility to check the product prior to cutting.
Should the client experience an issue with the goods they have 5 days from receipt to contact Clovelly Cloth in writing at info@clovellycloth.com
Refunds
We will only offer a refund for items returned that are damaged, faulty or incorrect. In this case we will provide a refund in full and aim to do this within 7 working days.
